Welcome! We are Andrew and Fotini, an experienced private catering team based on the small Greek island of Paxos. Passionate about sharing our love of food and all things Paxos we are available for one off appointments as well as longer term bookings throughout the summer months.

Whether you are renting a large villa, small apartment or a traditional country house we are able to cater for all needs and will work with you to design a menu perfect for that special night.

​

Although based permanently on Paxos we leave the island every winter engaging in projects across the world and so our menus change every  summer drawing on inspiration from both our winter travels as well as our island home.

 

Our menus are however just suggestions, and we are always more than happy to hear your thought and ideas so as we can work together to create your perfect evening. We are fully conversant with all dietary and nutritional needs and will of course accomodate these so that noone is left out!

the story so far...

Andrew

I moved to Paxos from London in 2015 meeting Fotini a few years later.  My food approach is focussed on heroing the wonderful produce of the Ionian region as well as showcasing techniques, flavours and food approaches from all over the world.

 

With our summer menus we aim to utilise the freshest, seasonal and most sustainable local ingredients from the island to create playful and delicious dieshes. Seven years on I am constantly changing and adapting the menus to reflect fresh approaches and the seasonality of ingredients.

Fotini

Fotini is a native Paxiot and having growing up on the island, is a wealth of knowledge on its history and beauty. After travelling extensively throughout the world she is now based full time on Paxos working with Andrew to bring her unique sense of hospitality to new and returning guests alike.

Coming from a traditional family, her food approach is based on embracing and reimgaining the Greek classics with an emphasis on vegetarian and plant based recipes.
